The Project was about creating the structure with the massing of cube covered with the screen of vertical wooden panels on the 1/4th part of it and other 3/4th part is clad with the reinforced concrete panels casted on site itself. The main aim of the project was to make the maximum uses of open area for recreational activities so by keeping that in mind bungalow is been located on the end of the plot. The architectural element that is transparent concrete panels are used on the entrance foyer of the bungalow. Along with that mechanised vertical garden is installed in between to make it a part of bungalow.
