The building with two solid blocks one at back and other in the front which is designed as a fluid dynamic façade. A 48ft tall and 36ft wide, wind operated artwork that consists of 2800, 12”x 12” squares of aluminium panels. These trailing panels are extremely lightweight and responsive to subtle changes in the wind.
