Balaji sanitary (The Bath Studio) warehouse is done in such a way that it retained its pure form. The Bath studio is a showroom project which offers a large variety of bathing & sanitary ware. Site is located at high urban setting in a premise of a retail showroom, which is linear in form having a width of 12'6”, providing a dead wall on both the sides encouraging to generate the central passage showcasing the sanitary ware on both sides. To make this linear movement interesting flooring pattern is design in such a way that it generates the pockets, showcasing the different type of sanitary ware with a proper pause point. The intention was to create a transparency by avoiding a partition wall which lights up the showroom by day light from either side.
